I am tired of the constant stress of handling claims continuously without ever having a break and receiving little pay for my efforts and am ready to create my own future.

For me, owning investment properties is not really 'passive' income in that I have to put time and effort into each property.

Either way it's going to cost time/money to setup/maintain, and do you think it's worth this effort? 

We did, actually.Founded here almost 70 years ago, and 10 years ago moving our HQ from the sleepy suburbs back downtown, we became a major part of the renaissance of this thriving hub of Fortune 500s, global companies and local artisans.

Even the ones that read it will ask dumb questions as if they hadn't read it so don't spend too much time and effort on this.I like to have major policies outlined and then just link to them.

I'm so unqualified to work there that it really is ridiculous, but I am strong enough to avoid the effort needed to become a better candidate!

Moral of the story, there are many things that can go wrong and sometimes despite your best efforts they will.

I am writing an offer on a 4plex in a cul de sac of 4plexes the area is good however each unit is individually owned with no hoa dues so the lot is in need of repair. this unit is completely vacant but two unit can be up running with minimal effort. 

Jason,  Their pitch was pretty much claiming to be able to eliminate brokers in an effort to save on commissions.  

Just so they doesn't sound to anecdotal, I have a few other examples much like these, it seems to take a bit of real effort to work a straight line over that 10 year period.With regard to cash flow market and appreciation market, nothing is either fully fish or fowl, everything lies along upon a spectrum.
