I think it's because I've been built for this industry.

I've been at this game for a while now, and I'm looking to start to build my portfolio as well as leave less money on the table by doing some fix & flip deals myself.Anyway, that's about it.

That way, interested sellers can call me and we can work on a deal.It's a numbers game, John. 

Was the job transfer in the same field/industry? 

I'm thinking about going into business with a friend who is a custom builder and curious to know what the industry standard is for the business arrangement given our potential situation.

I just want to get into the industry and meet the people who are currently working in it or have a lot of experience in real estate.

I've come to the conclusion that this seems like the most interesting game I could possibly come up with, but that I seriously need to learn more before I try my hand at it.So, here I am.

I currently work as Catalog Manager but am looking to step my game up and learn more and real estate.
