I hope everyone suffering can finally find a path forward.

I am so glad that I finally came around to participate in this forum.

Once we're finally moved in and have a tenant at our suburban house, we want to use our cash and equity to invest in another rental property.

If you want to self manage from a distance it still makes sense to pay someone to show the house even if you have the final say on who gets selected.  

What finally happened?

As a new member here on Bigger Pockets and I've finally decided to join the community and take a pro active role.

I’ve read a few awesome books on real estate investing, and finally want to make this happen!

Then I finally just picked one, where I had found a solid agent, and PM and within a month I was closed on a property producing me $400 a month in cash flow.

Either way, this would allow you to perform under the contract to close on time.Who knows, maybe the builder will delay a final time and your scheduling conflict will not be an issue any longer.Best of luck to you!
