If this is your first property/new PM, don’t take the PM’s word for a fact, especially if there is some info you feel they are not providing… I had a PM who claimed they got no HUD payment for a given month.

I feel like "allowing" their mail to come to your address 1. encourages them to break the law and look in your mailbox for their mail 2. could make you responsible for their mail in some way.

Your passion for real estate investing and commitment to success are truly inspiring. 

This would be done either as a virtual signal or a feel good.

I think that a person who feels a renter should not sell real estate should always screen their realtors and only work with ones that own their own home.
