On the last trip, they had an unauthorized cat that 'they were watching for his sister' - who lives in PA.

Those black tiles in the bathroom were probably my favorite design idea here so I'm super happy to hear you say that! 

No immediate plans for the next project, I'll be travelling in Europe in May and either moving right before or after that trip, so once that is set and I have a lease signed on my current unit I'll look at getting another pre-approval.

I just keep the toll receipts and I know the mileage for the trip depending on the bridge I went over.   

Funneled probably 150 potential properties down to 50 doing online analysis, then made a trip to New Orleans (I live in Shanghai, China and my sister/partner lives in Denver) for a 3 days scouring of the city.

There are a lot of tiny differences between the state and the national that can trip you up.  

While I would do Cleveland as well- Pittsburgh and Columbus are my favorites right now, and I used to live in Akron after I went to Kent State- I love Akron and Kent a lot for student housing because I personally know it very well. :)

And, my personal favorite was when I left for work at 6:15am and got to the office at 9:00am.
