Maybe I’m biased for promoting my own market?

I've seen this on my own STR in just watching the search rank change once I turn on Instant Booking or tweak settings to be more in line with what the latest "feature" that AirBnB has a vested interest in promoting.

I wanted to post on here to get some pros/cons of my situations as well as anything I could do to entice the lender or offer to get the best terms.
