The rental equity is a cushion and not being depleted.As far as doing what I did then and doing it now it would require a total different strategy but then as now I did and would continue working doubling the effects of my efforts.

It's an alternative to a bank, where you NEED to take out policy loans to buy income producing assets and repeat, it's not a one and done but a multiplier effect that's going to make it excel.For those curious about numbers since it hasn't really been mentioned here.
