However I think @James De Silva managed to make an even more juvenile  argument by constructing such a simple binary statement. 

I was mainly pointing out that I believe the Series LLC structure, which functions much like the Delaware Statutory Trust, would be a great structure for the OP based on it's cost effectiveness and utility.

For liability protection, many times real estate LLC's incorporate in Delaware.

But depending on the cost and type of the asset, you might be able to take 100% bonus depreciation  or just expense it under de mininus safe harbor,generally, if cost of each equipment is less than 2500.

Add to that all this money printing which will de-value the dollar and drive up cost of goods, which will make everything more expensive.
