I realize this current matter I’m posting on is probably long over, Being it’s been 3 years, but seeing these responses do not sit well with me and knowing you all are in the housing/rental market.

What is your current living situation?

The strategy of wholesaling is appealing to me based on my current circumstances.

I currently have 4 SFH rentals in the southeast, 3 of which are owned free-and-clear save for property taxes and insurance. 

The current rents are well below the medium for the area.

To work most effectively, both of these techniques need to be “tweaked” or modified to best work with whatever the current real estate market is.  

I am currently looking at a Duplex there.

It is currently vacant so I am having a hard time understanding why there is a limit.
