In fact the city went so far as to sue itself and then throw the court case so that they could get a judge's ruling that the new stadium site is "adjacent" to the old one and therefore a public vote it not required to approve a new stadium because the vote would be too "risky", i.e. the public might not want their elected officials to spend their money on corporate welfare.

I could go on and on about what is found at your local governmental Tax Office and your local Clerk of Court or Sheriff Department if they do foreclosures and evictions in your community.

I will not purchase in a bad area and I will not purchase where the courts are tenant friendly.

Even that can be difficult, in my opinion, as it requires you get gross rents of about $1700/month, which is pretty high for many areas of the country, including yours I would wager.
