I’m almost hesitant to get into rentals instead of just flips but i assume rentals are how everyone achieves financial freedom, as flipping is basically a construction job for me at this point.

So you look for jurisdictions outside the US like a foreign Asset Protection trust in the cook islands that also has a domestic component.
