This is the sort of property that you would need a property manager for to handle chasing down rent, evicting tenants, finding new ones, etc.

In other words they’ll be stuck as a “bit actor” chasing single family properties hoping to encounter a “motivated” seller.For the potential real property investor to either successfully invest ON A LARGE SCALE IN RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, or, successfully invest in commercial properties, they’ll need to learn the fundamental of real estate.
