Probably nothing.I heard of state banking regulators whacking a mobile home park for doing what MHP's have done their entire life, park financed trailers.

I had another member inbox me telling me that sometimes you can get the local fire department to use the house as a burn training house for new firefighters and then just haul the debris after they finish burning it to save on demo cost.Would it make since to try to wholesale it to a particular builder or would any builder do?

To be fair, the properties I am looking at are multi-unit, so I would assume renting spaces individually would provide better cashflow.My mentor chalks her estimates up to experience and knowledge of comparable properties, but I don't want to get burned by high estimates on my first property.Any advice or resources would be greatly appreciated.
