I'm glad it worked out for you, but my crystal ball seems to be broken right now.

I've looked at crowdfunding and may still tip my toe in but fractional ownership with little certainty of what happens when deals go south bother me.

Had a handyman at a place to check it out for some spring repairs, he mentioned the door was 'broken' as in kicked in.
