I guarantee you you have more chances being shot by somebody mentally ill doing your groceries anywhere in the US than being shot by a narco doing your groceries in downtown Playa del Carmen.

Real Estate margins will always trend toward decreasing margins as the herd mentality brings saturation to the old-school methods (FHA house-hack a MFR for example).  

We are thinking hardwood floors, crown molding and wainscoting on the first floor, luxury vinyl tile on the second floor and focusing on upgraded finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms are among the best ways to boost our per SF valuation.

@John Underwood have you also found that only 1-2 channels helps boost your visibility because reviews are more concentrated on those sites or does it really matter?

I am working full time doing accounts payable but want to take the next step to boost my learning and eventually startup my own practice.

The distance isn't so much the problem as is the mental hurdle each time.
