I don’t believe the digital wall mounted controller is operated by batteries.

I may be biased but it's going to be where I continue to invest for the rest of my life.

Thanks @Jack Butala - it was more nerve wracking to type this intro from behind a screen than it is in real life to me! 

On the other hand some sellers are fine collecting payments for 20 or 30 years. they know the money will be coming in for the rest of their life. 

The shelf life of most appliances runs 10 to 15 years so I typically start my capex relatively low and then as my appliances age slowly raise it.
