It's fantastic what a new coat of paint will do!

The owner has quite a bit including art, stuffed animals with cash inside them (he said his mother would stash cash in the stuffed animals and he wants to find these for himself, of course), bikes, large construction ladders, and other junk.

If they paid a deposit, that is not a form of income; it is to cover damages due to the animal.

And here are some after I finished it with 5 coats of polyurethane.

It's hard to tell if it's epoxy or hydraulic cement or just a skim coat.

Hey Tyron,I didn't end up buying the house, but I was going to leave it as-is and give it a fresh coat of paint (or two).I came across a post that recommended that I wash the shingles down first to remove dirt and mildew and then prime the shingles with an exterior acrylic primer.

I now see the plywood coating on their website.  

There is some tape that can be purchased at Ace Hardware that is coated with a really strong hardening compound. 

By far the majority of sportsmen are pretty conservative but there is pretty much a consistent push for more federal funding (at least within the hunting/fishing media) of wildlife habitat and the private management of wildlife habitat, except for very large operations, in such a way as to be profitable and protect the investment that leads to higher scoring animals loses the designation of "fair chase" hunting.

Should only take a half dozen coats of primer to cover up!
