All that land , all those buildings would have pressure to produce jobs and fruition to the communities.

You have to identify and close your replacement property within a certain amount of time and this can cause some pressure for you.It might make you buy a property that might not work, also if you buy a property in a high value area you might tend to buy in a high value area.

This will allow a handle of mildew and mold grow as air cannot properly vent through the structure.

@Mike Villela- I don't know much about your area, but what are your thoughts on finding a single family you would like to live in and setup your own space then Air BNB the rest of the space, or Air BNB while you're gone?

The uncle refinanced the home and their is a lien against it for $23,000 by the finance company who are putting pressure on the cousins fiancé to catch up the late payments and on my husband and I to assume the loan for the next 10 years in his deceased uncles name to preserve his credit!
