The developer is providing capital, reviewing deals and are overseeing design and construction as the owner.

To make matters worse, the assessment was so high because the condo association president was inept and allowed the contractor to do the design work for the repairs and didn't get any other bids.  

They do custom sizes and a have variety of designs designed for various wind/snow loads. 

Lots of questions that can be insulting to a homeowner that might have made design or decorative choices that I wouldn't have. 

Why not use Cozy.co, which is designed for this and free?  

For me as a PM- feasibility, concept, design, plans and specs, permitting, contract negotiation, and construction administration.

I already have some design ideas in mind, hopefully making this process less bumpy.

If its officially designated historic that can get very complicated in some locations. 

While our apartments are not designed to attract the cream of the crop, do I create a criteria that demands better, or just be a little more loose and general?
