For those who self manage, how often do you go to the property? It’s always a nerve racking thing for me when I go, as you never know what you are going to find. Just looking for some opinions.

My suggestion is always to visit as many open houses and/or listed properties in the are of your flip as possible.

First off, not sure if I have a deal, but if I deal could be made the 2 old ladies who are the owners would only make it with me because I have taken my time over the last 4 months to get to know them, met their families, went to visit them at an old people's home, etc.
