Thanks again everyone, I just checked, I have a copy of "Evidence of home insurance" seems like regular home insurance(not hazard), on 2nd page it has mentioned my name as Mortgagee/Loss Payee.also, borrower is not picking my phone, so just wondering to who should I contact, insurance company?

It also could work if you can pick up the motel cheap and/or do the construction cheap.Also, be very careful with low-end motels because they tend to be crime ridden and that can be a hard thing to transition out of.But, do the work for your particular deal and see what it tells you.

I would pick a realtor who owns rental properties and someone who it's too new in the business or too old.If a realtor owns rental properties themselves, they automatically have experience your buyer is going to want in a realtor.
