Hi folks -  I am looking for a commercial agent to work with in the Fox Valley area (Brown/ Outagamie & maybe upper Winnebago Counties).I'm now starting the hunt for a small mixed-use commercial or multifamily that will meet the next phase of my RE goals.Anyone out there who has done a similar purchase recently and who can make a recommendation?

Comps of other multifamily properties or comps from similar SFR?

@Aman Sidhu, just wanted to chime in and say I've got very similar criteria + cash + goals and was looking at Birmingham as well.

As far as doing a market for rent price, I've just been using Zillow, Craigslist, and Realtor.com to search for similar properties. 

And have any of you faced similar situations?
