Great Post-  I appreciate you saying what a lot of the Gurus fail to explain: that this is a long term process and in a lot of cases we don't see the benefits for years to come. 

I just sent you a connection request to see if I can't be a good resource for you here in San Antonio. 

I doubt you would be able to get your money back at this point but im not sure how much value you will get from them vs spending that “class” or meeting time reading a real estate book or connecting with local investors. 

The idea behind a cash offer is that well, you have the cash.

Hopefully people smarter than me can chime in here for more creative ways to get rehab money, perhaps using the house as collateral in second position if possible.That's a tough one if you want to keep it.

If so, how long is it taking you to get them out?
