So you would def have them do the application online and fee.

May take a community college/online course.

The other 3/4ths of the property is an investment property and I'll bet they've been declaring rent and depreciating and writing off expenses on it for their period of ownership.

Go to the website for the town> then the Tax Assessor page> then look for a link to online property information databaseThere are several different companies providing this service in MA, so it is easiest to simply start with the town website and go from there. 

If you havent seen it, I bet you it hasnt happened.I would get your lawyer to file a 30 day notice or whatever your state/county has for a lease that is being ended NOW... 

With your schedule it would be beneficial to find a way to invest passively or semi-passively by either lending to an investor who is doing things in your market, or through an established online platform or fund that you invest in completely passively.

But this symptom on the blinds matches nothing I can find online around former meth-labs.Anyone ever heard of or seen anything like this? 

Your best bet is to call around and find one that fits your needs.
