Any show where she's about to walk into a bathroom to remodel it we both look at each other and say "lemme guess, subway tile with hex tile on the floor and a clawfoot tub"I have to credit her though, in this season's episodes I have liked her choice of design better than in the past shows (which I found a little too gaudy for my taste).

From the photo the roof just looks like a standard grayish colored shingle roof which in my mind would go with any number of siding choices/colors :)  Just my two cents.
