I looked at OKC a bit but I'm just not sure the demand for STR's there is sufficient.I'm looking to get a property with short term stays, 7 days or less.

What guarantees they'll be made whole in simple terms?

It depends upon what your current rate is, how much equity you have in the property, does your current financing have a prepay, and what your plan is for deploying any cash out.

They will have the best pricing.On another note - You do not have to have your 5 day letter served.

In my opinion, in order to move forward, you have to have a somewhat significant cash flow that allows you to build reserves again.
