You aren't going to get any of that information in advance of making an offer, outside of what they are providing which is usually a little slim.

The rules are not hard to follow and of course you'll need to plan for RMD's unless Roth but if you start a few years out this isn't tough.  

I made the point to the Buyer that this is how it was purposed.
