Keep in mind that an LLC only offers one-way liability protection in that it protects you personally from the asset, but not the asset from you.There is absoluteley nothing wrong with having properties in your own name (with adequate insurance of course), but you should consult with your CPA and attorney for more advice on YOUR particular situation, goals and strategies.
