Royal Extreme Clean said they could do about 6 apartments per day, which is $1200 per day for labor, truck utilization, and profit - that seems excessive

@Scott Weaner, depending on the company doing the imaging, it could range from wanting to replace the pipe at a cost of $3500-$5000 to just a cleaning to root removal which will be a few hundred $$.There was one company in our neck of with woods which has bright trucks (PM me for name if you want), who tried to replace the pipe and use strong sales tactics.

So no FHA, and the buyer walked.A worst case scenario would be that there is no spot on the lot that passes septic test and here the alternative would be a holding tank (no drain field) and would have to be pumped out every time it filled up, which could be as frequently as once a week with a family usage. 

So far no issues with any cities we are in either but if I ever do I have alternate plans for the properties.
