I am in the infant stages of putting together my business plan and want to make sure I have a solid plan of action in place on how to manage out of state deals.

He is a contractor who does sub work for high end custom homes here (his primary trade is finish carpentry) though he can do the gamut of tile, drywall, siding etc)  I'm also capable of a lot of this work though I work better assisting someone else, some I can take the lead.  

My family owns a 15 story, 54 unit apartment building in Chicago, and our current cleaning "crew" consists of a woman who lives in the building with significantly discounted rent as a trade for cleaning public areas + taking the trash out to the alley from each floor every other day.

I am currently reading a book title winning strategies for today's  real state investor written by Robert Kiyozaki.The book is all about foreclosure strategies, I am almost done reading it, I am willing to take action now.

I know the ins and outs of construction, I have a great relationship will a wide variety of trades people and I am pretty handy myself.

You'll go as far as the goals you set and actions you take to commit toward them over time.

The younger crowds seem to be more likely to live together and also seem to want to be closer to all the action.  

My goal is to learn all I can as quickly as possible and put it into action before the end of this year (2016).

That made me realize I was just talking about stuff and not taking action.
