I just figured i would throw that out there.

Throw out the stove and the full size refrigerator (sell it to a 2nd hand place or donate it).  

Then they throw a character piece eg drop down designed lamp over the island.    

They want the absolute dumbest of the dummies to get sucked in and throw cash away. 

Sometimes those sites throw a rather wide net.

Build a card that people will notice and not want to throw away.

I personally would lock in the low 30 year rate and pay it down in 15 or 16 years, but still have the flexibility to make the lower payment if life or that property throw something unexpected your way.That's my .02.  

BP is such a great source I thought I'd throw out one or two of them to the experts.

The more problem an investment is the more it should throw off in cash for the risk and headache.
