Yes, that is likely in a B or C area and being out of the area I would want help through you, with local rehab contractors and a referral to a great property management company.  

The property is a duplex, 3 bed over 3 bed and a finished basement with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

You want to know vacancy rates, average market rents, what amenities push that number up and down and a minimum of 5 year financial projections. 

I currently have 1 single family house, 5 duplexes, and a commercial property that houses my other businesses and office.
