Here in MT finding solid help for almost anything is challenging; turnovers can be a bear simply because finding someone to handle labor like clean up, painting, minor maintenance, ect. gets expensive quick while dependability is rare.

You charge what the market will bear , obviously since this contractor was hired , his price was fair

Gravel is usually the bet material but you also want to make sure your soil is solid underneath otherwise the weight of the vehicle can cause it to sag over time and might create other irrigation issues.
