Shaun Dewitt Wholesaling illegal without personal financial backing?

The other was over priced.. and I did sell one of my homes to a referral from a wholesaler. one of the better networkings in PDX is Rarebird the owners post here very occasionally and they hold monthly meetings and do a good job with networking but they work at it and because they sponsor it deals get fed to them which is smart on their end they provide good content that is real and in real time with speakers etc.
