If a freeze is coming you should provide 24 hours notice to check or winterize equipment.All of this should be clearly spelled out in your lease.If the house is on fire or water is pouring out of the house no one can question emergency access.

During inspection, we found foundation issue on concrete slab house, water turned off so can’t check for any leak, can’t find sewer clean out, can’t check if toilets are draining properly.

Hello I bought 1.6 acres in JT and did the water survey water was found 350-450 feet below.
