Can I still structure a seller financing/ sub to deal?

@Ariel GonzalezHey don’t despair.It’s a tough market out there.In most cases, seller pricing expectations are still out of line with the current cost of debt.I’m proud of you that you just didn’t buy something to buy something - that takes discipline.It’s important that your first deal is a success or at least not a train wreck.I’d encourage to start small finding a 6 to 10 unit building and buy that with a few friends.

I am currently renting out one of my short term rental houses to ALE for 1.5 month and rent is $6800.

I’m thinking about luxury condos for short term rentals since I’d occasionally want to have a place I can use for myself.With mortgage rates so high and HOA fees for many of these buildings at around $1k a month, it seems like investing in a condo in Miami is more of a game of price speculation.

@Mike Romano, have you seen the contract the wholesaler has with the seller?

Not sure if you are the lender or the buyer, but I've also heard/seen several buyers who have paid off the contract for deed, but can no longer find the seller to provide the release. 

Does anyone has experience working with "The Lender" to finance a short term rental property?

I'm looking to start using property management software, but I want something that can also do the accounting for seller financed loans, including escrow accounts.
