So, having flexibility to shift the direction is required is really helpful. 

The managing entity should elect to be taxed as an s-corp and make sure such entity charges enough of a management fee to shift all income to this entity.  

This could be the next big "play" with the shift in the market.I feel I've been lucky with the property I purchased.
