I worked for granite fabricators for years and yes there are small traces of radon but we felt it was a selling point to turn the industry to quartz which is an engineered stone that doesn’t require to be sealed.

Even if someone knocked it down and replaced it with a brand new structure, the neighborhood layout is aweful and all of the surrounding homes are on top of each other, no privacy, not so much as a tree for as far as the eye can see.    

I'm investing in Ohio currently (cleveland/columbus) as I like the economics of both cities and overall population trends, jobs, and economic engines like schools, hospitals etc.  

First, Replace my earned income with passive first. 

The roof will need to be replaced within 6 years, and assuming a few other things as well.

Sellers will say its new and they fixed this and replaced that when you talk to them over the phone...I say until you have a ton of experience under your belt go see the house, dont take their word for it.

The roof is on my duplex, that I was planning on replacing in another year or so.

Our issue is that the shape of the counter top is very custom and to replace it would be custom. 

What needs replacement or maybe a sign of a foundation issue?
