We are  a good bunch of professionals and happy to share our expertise.

Whether the occupants are named on the lease or not, if they establish residency, they are our tenants and are protected by landlord-tenant law.

Of course, it's possible your PM company has amended or omitted such a clause to protect their own self interests.
