Hi @Mike Cesarano and @Troy S.You all may be aware of this but I want to mention it just in case.In PA if property managers will lease, list, promote for rent, and manage a property he or she must have a broker's license or be a salesperson under a broker. 

But I learn by doing not reading, so that is my Achilles Heal.

This promoted home ownership as folks looking to buy would not be subject to the balloon and term loans that term'ed out during the great depression.

If I include it here it's self promotion and I get my hands slapped by the playground monitor :)  Oops just noticed it's also on the signature line of every post!!! 

They also have a promotion going this month - I think it’s something like a $10 gift card for every quote.

It was promoting them as genuine gov auction sites and I would love to research the upcoming auctions in my area.Thank you

If he/she gets promoted or saves up enough cash to pay the remaining balance (this almost NEVER happens by the way) then you make a substantial amount of money because due to serious demand issues, you can sell these homes for much more than they are worth.E.

Given this blow up of BIP and Arbor Trace, I don’t know if they will ever get there, but I stopped referring anyone to Maverick or their promotional presentations months ago, and am unlikely to ever do so again.
