You have ample to so don't be a motivated buyer and rush into bad deals.

I hope to at least get some thought going at the individual level as to why we do what we do, especially when some have long ago attained their goals.

Do you use it for motivated seller??

I'm looking to refinance one of my rental properties in Atlanta, and wondering if anyone can recommend someone good to talk to (a bank or individual) to get this ball rolling. 

So, here is the question and I hope I do not lose or confuse anyone.I am currently using my check controlled SDIRA LLC to partner and invest with another persons check controlled SDIRA LLC. in a project/business.With that being said me and that individual would like to start another different and separate project using our other regular LLC's as partners in this separate project. 

@Joey Cornelio definitely "rich dad poor Dad" if you haven't read it yet and also Donald Trumps "the art of the deal" are both fantastic books that can get you motivated and dedicated to real estate.

The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs and The Book on Flipping Houses: How to Buy, Rehab, and Resell Residential Properties  by J Scott.J spoke at the MidAtlantic conference back in April and is a very experienced and motivating!

However, on Groundfloor you can only invest in individual properties, and can't easily pool your risk like you can through buying shares of equity investment eREIT's which are offered on many of the platforms.I have seen some sites which combine debt/equity investments into an eREIT, but I haven't seen any debt only offerings for some reason.

Regardless, I pushed on.My next move was to figure out what this guys motivation was.
