So unless you have an active strategy that can somehow find value and you're also willing to ignore all the things going on right now that may ultimately lead to a major correction (like several hundred billion dollars in double digit coupon debt from developers in China), I would agree with the title of this thread.

We tried to sell the loan a year ago but found out that there were two minor title issues: legal description was wrong in the original note & several assignments referenced the wrong instrument number (off by one digit).We shouldn't have missed those but neither should the 5 big banks that had the loan before us.
