Would appreciate recommendations from this group for attorneys / law firms that specialize in such matters as well as suggestions on what I should / could do if you have personal experience with such matters. 

Unless you have deep experience selling your own properties, there are many details and legalities that can cause you tens of thousands of dollars if not done correctly or if they are overlooked.

I'm only out a small amount and a little time.This would take some work, but I have the experience and skills to handle it.

Best way to find a lender is from someone referring from personal experience . 

This means every mandatory block is filled in, I have a copy of their photo ID, they provided me with supporting documentation, and they have paid the fee.

If you have any recommendations or are willing to share your experiences, I would greatly appreciate it.As I prepare for the inspection period, I want to ensure I cover all bases and make informed decisions. 

Lean on other real estate investors in your market on who they use - it's not foolproof but working with someone that another investor already had great experience with is a good starting place.Hope all of that makes sense.

Guesty seems to steer users toward the upgraded connection but I wonder if the standard results in less issues...does anyone out there have experience using both? 

And in my experience Anderson Advisors is so not the place to go for asset protection.
