The problem is that passing this new law doesn't just magickly mean we can add an ADU.. most properties will still have problems with parking, utilities, boundary set backs, and other issues that come up with permitting, etc. when adding a third unit.

His specialty is flipping lots and I jumped right in by purchasing an empty lot with my profits which was a pretty scary thing to do.The lot is ready to go, I got it cleaned up, prepped the pad for the house, and all I am waiting on now are the Permits to get approved which we are in almost 2 months now waiting.I'm already working on getting the money from a lender but I'm wondering if there are better options out there to finance my construction?
