Does a permit need to be pulled for a single stair way?  

The problem is that passing this new law doesn't just magickly mean we can add an ADU.. most properties will still have problems with parking, utilities, boundary set backs, and other issues that come up with permitting, etc. when adding a third unit.

His specialty is flipping lots and I jumped right in by purchasing an empty lot with my profits which was a pretty scary thing to do.The lot is ready to go, I got it cleaned up, prepped the pad for the house, and all I am waiting on now are the Permits to get approved which we are in almost 2 months now waiting.I'm already working on getting the money from a lender but I'm wondering if there are better options out there to finance my construction?

Here where we are permits from the county would not be to high and would be easy to get.

You do have to worry about bogus reviews, but it is better than nothing.Hopefully you are requiring permits as this likely is legally required.

A good realtor should be able to help you include this language in the purchase contract and also create a lease agreement with a prospective tenant that is contingent upon the sale going through.
