What resources prepared your the most for competent DD?

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

If you have connections, resources, fellow investors, friends, etc. in those markets, you have connections to hearing what is available. 

Many investors who focus too much on cash flow find they end up with properties that don't offer as much appreciation and give them too many headaches.
