It drives me nuts when I see all these posts on BP asking how to invest with no money down.

The person making 50k a year has a much tougher nut to crack.Lot's of ways to live life and generate the wealth someone wants.

Those wishing to give up a easy, lucrative source of income need to take a serious look at and maybe adjust their attitude.The rat race, which is for most a casual stroll, is the low hanging fruit on a money tree.

Hi JP,I am have been invested in STR's in Scottsdale for 4 years running now and it has been quite fruitful though the population of STR's has exploded.  

He's probably using a template he's used before, as he sounds nuts, but well versed in this kind of thing.

Besides if my investments were close, i may not be able to sleep at night because I may want to micro manage everything driving my PM nuts.  

When you give or help people constantly you will see the fruits of your labor.

We don't have nearly the supply of housing we did last time and the demand is going nuts because of the millennial demographic.- Everyone and their brother is watching for the next 'housing bubble to burst' so I suspect it will be something else this time. 

Nothing like this surprises me about Seattle anymore; the city council is full of absolute nut jobs.
