A big part of OOS investing is making sure you have contacts in place to assist - so while you're out researching markets, it wouldn't hurt to join some local Facebook, or other social media, sites with OOS investor groups specific to the area you're looking at and see what folks are doing, and who they're working with.Background checks can go a long way when you start bringing contractors into your game-plan as well.Lots of moving pieces as you narrow down your focus - best of luck to you!!
