I did vote on your last post though because I love the analogy of the "everyone gets a trophy" kids' sports teams.

I’m pretty sure 16 people got approved for the $25k or used existing credit, $400,000k made in 3 days not including the $1997 to be in that course, $2k X 60 people $120,000k$520,000k for three days work not badI saw two really young kids signed up $25k each could have put a down payment on their first deal somewhere.  

I'm married with 2 small kids, and my goal is to stay home with them while running a business from home. 

You can get $600-$700 (Sometimes $800 on the streets where the college kids want to live) per bedroom in Burlington for pretty small rooms and low grade finishes.
