Thomas, tomorrow you really need to call the Department of Health and have them come out and do an inspection.  

But, since falling in love with it roughly two years ago, my grades, health, and overall life have improved.

It definitely seems like an increasingly growing NYC/Brooklynite mentality to swap the urban grind for a better pace of living, while still retaining proximity to NYC.

Many people have negative mentality and can't see another person win.

When I confronted them, they denied applying for a new rental but admit that they are wishing to move out in 2-3 weeks due to family health problems in LA.

The thought of the work involved in perfectly articulating this difficult and personal experience in the way that would be best is too much for me to take on mentally and so the below is my compromise in an effort to produce something rather than the inevitable nothing if I continue to wait until I have the will power to make it perfect.  

Scott thank you for the input , yes my plan is to quit working my full time job at the beginning  of next year , also i going to piece out the physical work so i can concentrate on the mental work, i want to scale my business splitting my time in too places is not cutting it!

What I mean is change your mentality first and see the bright side.
