Hi All, I'm newish to BP and wanted to get some opinions on the Polar Rock neighborhood.

People just need to turn over more rocks to find deals.

And the Hard Rock Cafe engineers are in big trouble in NOLA. 

While I am sure there is a large group in the middle I think once you start down the Ron approach it is a slippery slope.While I don't rent by the room doing apartments, duplexs etc is very similar as you will get complaints about this tenant and that tenant and what they say and how loud they say it and so on.  

It may have been called 'quiet rock'.

Here are the complaints from neighbors: the tenant’s “guest” lives there full time, the “guest” is extremely loud (plays video games and yells loudly when watching football) and smokes marijuana (violation of the lease).

So look at it as buying a potential rock star.
